I worked in the Healthcare industry for over 20 years as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, been a wife and mother of two sons and now a grandson. Not many people can actually be blessed with the opportunity to re-write their life stories and create a new, exciting challenges and career paths that they can be proud of and their kids can brag about to their friends of how amazingly fit and strong their mother is!! I love working as a Model, Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer, helping others find their way in their fitness journey and maintaining a fit lifestyle!
