Instructions
  1. Mill oats in food processor into fine powder
  2. In bowl mix all muffin ingredients
  3. Line 6 muffin tins with nonstick spray or cupcake liners and evenly distribute muffin batter
  4. bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean from center
  5. While muffins are baking, whisk together the PB drizzle ingredients
  6. Drizzle muffins once cooled and store in refrigerator
