P4P High Protein PB Mug Cake

This cake was an amazing low calorie and high protein way to smash cravings.  It is perfect for when you are craving cake, but don’t want to derail your diet.  Thank you to Jess Orban for another P4P protein masterpiece!

Instructions
  1. mix all dry ingredients using a fork to get all of the lumps out
  2. add wet ingredients and mix
  3. thoroughly spay a wide mug with coconut oil and pour cake batter mix into mug
  4. microwave for 1 minute, then in 30 sec increments until the cake has risen (shouldn't take longer than 3 minutes)
  5. remove from microwave and flip mug over. The cake should fall right out.
  6. frost with 2 Tbl spoons Greek yogurt, 1 Tbl spoon PB2, and a packet of splenda
