Macros for 1/8 of recipe: 3g fat, 10g carb, 13g protein (sprinkles aren’t calorie free so the carbs are a little higher on this one)

Instructions
  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients first separately, then together (except sprinkles)
  2. Fold in the sprinkles
  3. Bake at 350 degrees in a pan sprayed with coconut oil

I haven't made this in awhile and I forgot how filling this little gem is - lots of protein and fiber! Using a protein blend (casein & whey) is key to it turning out moist, unless you use a whey that's specifically for baking I've found that end products can be a little on the dry side. @p4pmuscle Iso Whey Protein for this batch with the addition of sprinkles to feed my inner child.
