Protein Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Want a delicious protein lemon poppy seed bread that won't kill your nutrition plan? Look no further. This amazing creation is great to keep on hand for travel and tastes amazing with a dollop of cool whip on top!
11 g carbs / 13 g protein / 1.5 g fat per slice
22 to 25 minutes
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then mix 2 bowls togethers
Pour batter into pie pan with nonstick spray
Batter will be thick, spread it out so its even
Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool completely, cut into 8 slices, and store in fridge
