Instructions
  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then mix 2 bowls togethers
  2. Pour batter into pie pan with nonstick spray
  3. Batter will be thick, spread it out so its even
  4. Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  5. Let cool completely, cut into 8 slices, and store in fridge
